CCT congratulates the newly elected ELCSA Bishops and SRPC Alumni

The Centre for Constructive Theology at the University of KwaZulu-Natal congratulates the newly elected presiding Bishop Nkosinathi Myaka and the newly elected presiding deputy Bishop N Sekwari (the first female deputy Bishop) of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Southern Africa – Eastern Diocese. Both Bishops are most respected Church leaders in KwaZulu-Natal. Bishop Myaka currently serves as the Chairperson of the KwaZulu-Natal Christian Council. The two esteemed Bishops are former students of the school of Religion, Philosophy and Classics at the University of KwaZulu-Natal. The school is proud to have been part of their academic journey as dynamic and progressive Church professionals.
